| Description | Hugh Withycombe is pleased to offer this newly constructed viola for sale. The viola is currently available for trial at Atelier Puglisi in Melbourne VIC. The instrument is designed to offer a full rich viola sound, while providing good player comfort. The shape of the upper bouts allows easy access to higher positions. The proportions and size of the body, neck and sound holes allow the production of a full, loud, rich and responsive tone. |

| Provenance | This 2009 viola was made in Oberlin, USA and finished and varnished in Canberra, Australia. While under construction it survived being in a double case crushed under the wheels of a DHL courier. The other instrument is interned. RIP | ||
